Jávea / Xàbia on the Costa Blanca, Spain
Jávea is located on the northern Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante (Spain), about 90 kilometres from Alicante, 110 kilometres from Valencia and about 90 kilometres from the Balearic island of Ibiza away. The international airports of Alicante and Valencia are available for arrival by plane. Arrival by car is also possible via the very well-developed motorways.
Jávea and its surroundings offer one of the most diverse landscapes in the entire Mediterranean region. The nature with its mountains, valleys, cliffs and the sea is impressive. There is a route along the coast with numerous viewpoints to enjoy the breath-taking coastline of Jávea. The old town of Jávea with its historical town centre, around the Gothic church of San Bartolomé, the whitewashed houses, the town hall, the market, the cultural centre, the archaeological and ethnological museum, the Santa Ana chapel and its cosy cafes, bars and restaurants is always worth a visit. In the lively harbour area you can not only marvel at the boats of the local fishermen, but also numerous yachts have their berths here.
